Processing Times

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare an order before it is ready for shipment. Since KASA KASAMA is a handmade-to-order shop, our processing times vary throughout the year, but typically range between 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday).

So what happens if an order also contains pre-order items? To reduce waste, your order will be shipped once all items have been processed. Should you need an item sooner, we suggest placing separate orders as we we cannot guarantee rushed processing times for pre-order items.


Shipping Estimates

KASA KASAMA is available for purchase to customers within the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.  

Once an order is processed (or fulfilled), depending on your location, domestic shipping typically takes up to 5 business days (Monday through Saturday) and up to 20 business days for international orders. Please note that due to COVID-19, shipping delays are to be expected, particularly for international orders.

As soon as your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can also create an account to track orders, review your order history, and expedite the check out process. All previous orders made with your email will be added to your account. Signing up for an account does not sign you up for promotional emails. If you’d like to stay up to date with the latest products or find some styling inspiration, you can follow us on Instagram.

Once an item is out of our hands and shipped through the postal office, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery or lost or stolen items. We cannot provide refunds in these situations.

For international orders, you may be subject to duties/tariffs as based on your country’s requirements. Any duties/tariffs and additional fees are the responsibility of the customer as we are not able to reimburse any duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Please note that KASA KASAMA does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what these costs will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.


Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of our customers, returns or exchanges are not accepted at this time.

If you have received the wrong item or are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know immediately by emailing hello@kasa-kasama.com or by filling out the Contact Form. We will do our best to resolve any issues.

Should you change your mind about an order, cancellations are accepted if requested within the first 24 hours of the order being placed. Please note that pre-order items cannot be cancelled.

All jewelry and gemstone related items at KASA KASAMA are handmade. Due to the nature of these handmade items and the use of pearls and other gemstones, you can expect small variances or natural blemishes. The set you receive will likely not exactly match the ones you see here, especially for pearls, as every pair is always unique. One of their many advantages!

Should you sadly loose an earring or are in need of a repair, let us know! We are happy to offer the option to purchase a single earring or earring charm, or repair your jewelry when possible.
