Each item is meticulously crafted to order upon placement. Processing durations may fluctuate seasonally, generally spanning 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Following processing, orders are dispatched via USPS. Domestic shipments usually arrive within 5 business days, while international deliveries may take up to 20 business days.


How can I track my order? 

Upon processing and preparation for shipment, you'll promptly receive an email containing your tracking number.

For added convenience, consider creating an account to monitor orders, access order history, and streamline future checkouts. Your account will automatically link all past orders made with your email.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! KASA KASAMA is available for purchase to customers within the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.


Will I be charged duties and taxes?

For domestic orders, duties and taxes are already incorporated. However, international orders may be subject to duties or tariffs according to your country's regulations. Customers are responsible for any incurred duties, tariffs, or additional fees.

Kindly note that KASA KASAMA lacks control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts. For further clarification, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office.


What is your return policy?

In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of our customers, returns or exchanges are not accepted at this time.

If you have received the wrong item or something else is wrong with your order, please let us know immediately by filling out the Contact Form. We will do our best to resolve any issues.


How should I take care of my jewelry?

Do you take custom orders?

Due to the complex nature of the design and build process, we do NOT offer custom design services nor modifications on existing designs.


Do you offer your pieces wholesale?
